Menos abortos y más matrimonios, así se ha logrado el milagro húngaro

Hungría lleva casi una década con una firme política de promoción de la familia que ahora está empezando a dar resultados muy positivos.
Entre 2010-2018, la tasa de abortos disminuyó en un 33,5 por ciento, el matrimonio aumentó en un 43 por ciento y el divorcio también disminuyó significativamente en un 22,5 por ciento entre 2010 y 2017, explica el Registro Nacional Católico.
Antes de que la migración masiva a Europa se convirtiera en un tema polémico, Hungría decidió confrontar su anémica tasa de natalidad con un plan multifacético para promover el matrimonio, la natalidad y las grandes familias autóctonas.
La familia, célula básica de la sociedad
La ministra de Estado para la Familia Katalin Novak, explicó en una visita reciente a Estados Unidos sus políticas en favor de la familia.
Los recursos presupuestarios destinados a las familias aumentaron del 3,5 por ciento del producto interno bruto (PIB) en 2010 a casi el 5 por ciento este año.
Para apoyar a las familias y fomentar la natalidad el gobierno puso en marcha una serie de medidas muy audaces: subvenciones a jóvenes matrimonios de 35.000 dólares, prestamos estatales para vivienda, reducciones hipotecarias para familias con hijos, apoyo a la compra de automóviles y guarderías obligatorias desde los tres años.
Políticas anti-aborto
Hungría reformó en 2011 su Constitución para extender la protección del no nacido hasta el momento de su concepción.
El artículo II de la constitución de Hungría establece que “la dignidad humana será inviolable. Todo ser humano tendrá derecho a la vida y a la dignidad humana. La vida del feto estará protegida desde el momento de la concepción”.
Novak cree que dos factores han sido cruciales para reducir la tasa de aborto: educación y asesoramiento obligatorio, junto con beneficios fiscales y programas de apoyo familiar disponibles incluso para los no nacidos.
“Al hacer que las familias sean elegibles para recibir beneficios en el segundo trimestre, ponemos en práctica los valores familiares incluso para los no nacidos”, observó la ministra.
El acoso de la Unión Europea
Hungría ha llevado a cabo varias campañas de educación pública para promover las familias tradicionales, así como la adopción.
En 2011, enormes carteles en el área metropolitana de Budapest -donde viven casi un tercio de los húngaros- mostraban bebés en el útero diciendo: “Entiendo que aún no estás lista para mí, pero en lugar de eso, déjame en adopción. ¡POR FAVOR, ¡DÉJAME VIVIR!”.
El gobierno húngaro ha rechazado numerosas políticas favorecidas por los globalistas, incluidas las fronteras abiertas, el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo, la ideología de género y la legalización de las drogas.
Esta oposición le ha valido a Hungría la reprobación de la Unión Europea, que no ha dudado en ‘castigar’ al país con la retirada del derecho a voto en las instituciones europeas manteniendo, sin embargo, todas sus obligaciones intactas.
Pasado comunista
Hungría estuvo bajo el yugo comunista de la Unión Soviética durante 40 años.
En ese tiempo, el régimen ateo comunista suprimió las tradiciones y cultura cristiana del pueblo húngaro.
Durante una sesión en el Parlamento Europeo en septiembre de 2018, en el que se valoraban las ‘sanciones’ contra Hungría por no acatar la política migratoria del bloque comunitario, el primer ministro de ese país, Viktor Orban, afirmó:
“Van a condenar a un país que tomó las armas contra el mayor ejercito del mundo, el ejército soviético, y derramó su sangre por la libertad y la democracia, y que cuando fue necesario abrió sus fronteras a los amigos de la Alemania Oriental”.
“Los que acusan hoy a Hungría son los que heredaron la democracia y no tuvieron que asumir riesgos personales para obtener la libertad. Ellos son los que quieren condenar la resistencia anti-comunista en Hungría”, aseguró.
“Para los húngaros, la libertad, la democracia, la independencia y Europa son cuestiones de honor”, concluyó el Sr. Orban.
